Anionic polyacrylamide is a water-soluble forming polymer synthesized with high degree of polymerization, which has valuable properties such as coagulability, thickening, shear, resistance reduction and dispersion. Although the surface tension of anionic polyacrylamide on water is reduced very little, there are active groups between the molecules, which can change the interface state after adsorption at the interface. Its amide group (-CONH2) can form oxygen bonds with many substances affinity and adsorption, which can make it bridge between the adsorbed particles, make several or even dozens of particles connected together, can promote the aggregation of colloidal particles into large flocculation, accelerate the sedimentation of particles in the suspension, accelerate the solution clarification, promote filtration and other effects.
Features and advantages
Industrial wastewater treatment. Especially for the pH value of neutral or alkaline, suspended particles in water is relatively large, high concentration, with positive charge of sewage, such as steel plant, electroplating plant, metallurgical plant and coal washing plant sewage treatment, the effect is very significant.
Drinking water treatment. This product is used to treat the tap water with high sand content and turbidity, which has the advantages of less dosage of medicine, low cost and no secondary pollution.
Paper additives. It can be used as long fiber paper dispersant, dry and wet reinforcer, retention and filter aid and paper wastewater flocculant, etc.
